Wonderful help and support from Annique, lovely lady and responded very quickly to all requests and information required. Sealed the deal with the price we offered and helped with all aspects to buying a new home including Settlement Agents, Building Inspection, liaising with owners in relation to our requests and being always happy to help.

Achieved a good outcome

Overall, I was happy with the service provided. Annique is a warm, friendly, and genuine person who quickly builds rapport and creates a positive experience throughout the sales process. I believe these qualities are a real strength and help attract buyers and build trust. While the overall outcome was positive, there were occasions where communication, administration, and follow-up could have been better, and greater attention to detail would have enhanced the experience. That said, I appreciated her professionalism, approachability, and commitment to helping achieve a successful result.

An Exceptional Experience Selling Our Property.

We cannot speak highly enough of the amazing job Annique has done in selling our property. Her passion, dedication, and commitment throughout the entire process were truly outstanding. From the very beginning, Annique took the time to listen to us, understand our needs and guide us every step of the way. Her knowledge, advice, and attention to detail were exceptional. She went above and beyond, suggesting all the extra touches that made such a difference in presenting our property as its very best. What truly sets Annique apart is her passion for what she does. She doesn't simply sell property, she puts her heart and soul into the process, making sure every opportunity is explored to achieve the best possible result. We were absolutely amazed by the effort, creativity, and professionalism she brought to the sale. It was clear that she genuinely cared about us and wanted the very best outcome for our property. Frustrating

The purchaser was difficult and at every opportunity tried to push beyond the agreement. Several of these requests in my opinion should or could have been stopped by Deb, as they were beyond the agreement or unreasonable. However, each and everyone was presented to me with no explanation as to what my rights were to refuse them. Deb is lovely, but it left me feeling like Deb was acting as a messenger and not an agent hired to represent me as the seller.

Great service and warm friendly approach

Russell was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, he kept us informed every step of the way, and his knowledge of the market gave us complete confidence in our decisions. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to achieve a great outcome. I would highly recommend Russell to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and professional real estate agent.

Beautiful person

Hi, myself and my partner was absolutely taken away by how much passion annique has in this industry. Annique was sell a property nextdoor to us and I approached her to see how the sale was going as. We was in the process of getting our house ready for sale. Annique came over seen more value in our home than all the others that came. She gave so much advice on what to do in order to sell our property for a good value. We decided to go with annique over others and we are so glad we did. She put so much effort into selling our home. So good to deal with and it makes it easier as she's such a lovely person. 80k over others that valued our home even in a falling market. We really don't know how she did it 🙌 Thanks so much annique you made our house selling a lovely experience in every way .
